Overview and Structure of the Survey
The Military Friendly® Brands consumer survey uses a single, but powerful question to deliver what is known as the Net Promoter score. Extensive research shows that a company's Net Promoter score acts as a leading indicator of their overall customer satisfaction and approval.
Note that when we refer to “military consumers” or "military community" in this survey, unless otherwise indicated, we are including active military, veterans, members of the Reserves/National Guard, and military spouses.
